The Daily App: OneLogin For iOS

One may be the loneliest number, but it’s easy to remember, and so is having one password and username. OneLogin for iOS is a SaaS password management tool for cloud-based Web applications. It extends OneLogin’s online management system and creates a one-time password for access to multiple apps.

OneLogin, created by the like-named innovation developer in cloud-based identity and management services, is pre-integrated with a multitude of Web applications such as Concur, Dropbox and LinkedIn, which can be added to the account from the OneLogin catalog. The apps are conveniently accessible from the OneLogin portal, which makes switching between the OneLogin mobile app and website effortless.

When signing into OneLogin, it will ask for a username and password; for those whose company does not use OneLogin, they will have to establish a new account from the OneLogin website. After successful authentication, the next step will be to enter a one-time password generated by OneLogin. The app works by installing a browser extension, which effectively pastes the credentials into the app. Once the credentials have been entered into each app, OneLogin will log in to every app automatically.

The OneLogin free version provides access to three company apps and five personal apps. The starter version costs $1.00/user/month and provides access to five company apps and unlimited personal apps. The Enterprise version costs $5.00/user/month, which offers unlimited company and personal apps.
