The Phoenix-based distributor also acquired IBM solution provider Ascendant Technologies last March and Canvas Systems, an asset disposal specialist, in January 2012.
Based in San Jose, Calif., TSSLink was founded in 2004 and generated $10.5 million in sales in 2011, according to Avnet. It will be integrated into the services organization of Avnet Technology Solutions, Americas.
