Leopard provides systems integration, content management and other services, with reported unaudited revenues of $11.5 million and net assets of $2.6 million for the year ended Dec. 31, 2005. Ogilvy and Mather acquired all issued shares of Leopard from NewWest Mezzanine Funds.

Buyer: Viawest Internet Services Inc.

Channel Significance: Solution Provider
Fortix provides disaster avoidance and recovery services, network services and Internet applications from its base in Hillsboro, Ore. Its annual revenues total about $5.5 million. It is now a subsidiary of Viawest.

Buyer: Electrograph Systems Inc.
Date: June 19, 2006

Channel Significance: Distributor
Electrograph has acquired competitor International Computer Graphics (ICG) to expand its presence in the display distribution business. It is Electrograph's stated goal to become a billion-dollar display distributor, and the company strongly implies in its press release that it doesn't intend to consolidate operations but to keep ICG's assets, employees and operations intact.
