Microsoft Puts More BlueTrack Peripherals At Your Fingertips

The Wireless Mobile Mouse 6000 has a plug-and-go nano transceiver, which means users can stay plugged into their notebook all the time. The mouse operates without power interruption for up to 10 months on a single battery. It delivers a 2.4GHz wireless connection with up to a 30-foot range and virtually no interference, the company said. In addition, the Wireless Mobile Mouse 6000 has a four-way scroll, five programmable buttons, rubber side grips and magnifier. The mouse is slated for a June release and will retail for $49.95.

The BlueTrack Wireless Mouse 5000 can be used with either hand and has a snap-in transceiver for storage. It has an eight-month battery life. The ambidextrous mouse has a street price of $39.95 and will be released in June.

The new Wireless Desktop 3000 keyboard features quiet-touch keys, a 2.4GHz wireless connection, a soft touch palmrest, spill-resistant design, favorite keys and a media center, which lets users control media playback from the keyboard. The hot keys feature provides one-touch access to WindowsMedia Player, e-mail, home, calculator, My Documents, Zoom, instant messaging and photos. It will be available in June for $69.95.

Finally, the new Bluetrack LifeCam VX-2000 has a VGA video sensor, built-in microphone, Windows Live Video Messages and is optimized for Windows Live Messenger. As with the other new products, it will be released in June for $29.95.
