10 Hot Products And Services For MSPs In 2025
From technologies aimed at streamlining operations to cybersecurity, here’s a look at some of the newest innovations geared toward MSPs.
These are just some of the newest technologies available for MSPs. And they were on full display this week at XChange March 2025 conference in Orlando, Fla., held by CRN parent company The Channel Company.
Attendees learned about the joys and pains of setting up operations outside the U.S., opportunities around Microsoft Copilot, some of the impacts that AI will have on the channel, and even some of the fallout from changes the Trump administration is having on security.
Aside from the trends, the foundation of everything MSPs do still depends on hardware, software, and services.

In addition to general sessions introducing a wide range of new vendor offerings, vendors from a large swath of the IT industry used the conference to show their latest hardware, software, and services offerings.
Security seemed to be the largest theme from a product standpoint, with vendors from all over the security industry showing their latest wares. Automation and cost management tools were another major theme. And of course there was hardware.
Here are 10 hot offerings for MSPs right now:
Panduit Fault Managed Power System
Panduit’s R&D team together with Panduit’s ventures team, which is its in-house startup incubator, created what the company calls the world's first Class 4 power system to be recognized by the NEC (National Electric Code) and UL-listed, said Chukwuma Agba, product strategy manager for the company’s Enterprise group.
“It essentially provides active monitoring on your power system,” Agba told CRN. “We're taking in an AC feed, and then we're distributing pulsed DC current. We pulse the DC current for two milliseconds on, one millisecond off, and during that off time, we are doing a check for line faults within the system. That lets us detect up to seven faults, which is four more than GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) and three more than AFCI (arc fault circuit interrupter).”
The result, Agba said, is the ability to send power for really long distances while meeting requirements. For instance, he said customers could use it to send 600 watts of pulsed DC power to two kilometers over a 16-gauge cable.
“The value in it is that we get to treat this system like it's a local system,” he said. “You can run this without conduit, and without needing an A-Card electrician. Let's say we're in this room, and you want to put a PoE switch out somewhere to power your access points, your lights, what have you. Typically, you would have to call your electrician, go to the panel, say, ‘Okay, how do I get a circuit to this location?’ Now your electricians are putting in conduit. They're pulling cables. If that's too far, you need a transformer. With this architecture, we run that Class-4 cable right alongside the fiber, and you don't need to pull a new circuit. You are adding power at the edge of your network, exactly where you need it.”
Rewst
Automation built for MSPs is how Rewst bills its robotic process automation (RPA) low-code platform.
The Tampa, Fla.-based upstart has been adding more partnerships and going deeper with popular tools and vendors. Rewst recently revealed that it is now in the marketplace of distributor Sherweb and has added integrations with Anthropic, Cisco Meraki and SuperOps, among others.
Cavelo Attack Surface Management Platform
With its attack surface management platform, Cavelo excels at enabling MSPs to quickly discover and classify a customer’s data, even across distributed infrastructure, according to the company. Key capabilities on the platform include data discovery and classification as well as asset discovery, identity access management and vulnerability management. The platform ultimately enables significantly improved visibility into an organization’s data and can dramatically reduce the time necessary for gathering data in order to prepare for an audit, according to Cavelo.
SuperOps
SuperOps is helping MSPs streamline operations by offering a platform that integrates remote monitoring and management (RMM), professional services automation (PSA) and a ticketing system that allows MSPs to simplify their workflows, enhance productivity and scale efficiently.
SuperOps delivers a unified solution that enables proactive monitoring, seamless ticket management and optimized service delivery. Its platform helps businesses stay ahead of IT issues by offering real-time visibility into client infrastructures, automating routine tasks and improving response times. The result is faster issue resolution, reduced downtime and an overall better user experience for end customers. The platform provides powerful analytics and reporting tools that allow MSPs to gain deeper insights into their services, optimize resource allocation and make data-driven decisions.
Eaton Doubling Down On Channel
Joe Scardina, vice president of national sales for distributed infrastructure at Eaton (left, pictured with colleague and Channel Marketing Director Donna St.-Denis), told CRN that his company, power management technology developer Eaton, is focused on adding value to its partners by recently doubling the size of its end user sales rep organization.
“We've got a field sales team with 50 people throughout the country that will go do site assessments and do any other things that customers need but that our competition typically doesn't want to do,” Scardina said. “We’ll do it for deployments from $20,000 up. No one's a professional at power except for the people that work at power. So if a partner doesn’t feel comfortable selling it, we say, bring us in. We'll be your conduit to the end user. We'll spec everything out, and we'll partner with you, and then funnel everything back to you.”
Scardina said Eaton’s partner program is second to none. “It's definitely a value-add and a margin enhancement,” he said. “Partners can make anywhere from 7 [percent] to 20 percent, and that's a big deal. And our breath of products—we’re the only manufacturer that has products with open connectivity all the way up through the data center. So we can get into opportunities at different times that other people can't get into.”
TruNorth Dynamics
Helping Microsoft solution providers amplify or even start practices in the vendor’s Dynamics customer relationship management (CRM) suite is part of the pitch for TruNorth Dynamics.
The Castle Rock, Colo.-based company has been working on out-of-the-box implementation packages to reach smaller organizations and have a more modular approach to various budgets and timelines. TruNorth has ones for Business Central, Great Planes migrations to Business Central and more use cases.
Zero Networks Microsegmentation Platform
Zero Networks aims to bring microsegmentation technology — which has typically been reserved for large enterprises — into the MSP space, according to the company. Microsegmentation requires a deep understanding of networks, applications and access control, which has often prevented its usage by MSPs. Zero Networks offers a new approach that can automate nearly all of the process, thanks to its technology featuring a deterministic engine that can create the necessary rules and policies, according to the company. The Zero Networks microsegmentation offering is also agentless — meaning it doesn't require rolling out additional agents like other technologies in the segment — and it incorporates other key capabilities such as just-in-time (JIT) multifactor authentication, as well, the company said.
Nerdio
Nerdio’s management and cost optimization tools for Microsoft cloud products have become a key part of some solution providers seizing customer interest in leaving legacy virtualization vendors for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
In the lead up to XChange, Chicago-based Nerdio pushed some major updates to the platform, including the addition of public previews for the Script Pro script-building tool in Nerdio Manager Copilot and a script signing tool for AVD sessions hosts and images.
The script signing tool automatically signs all virtual machine (VM) extensions and scripted actions with a certificate to comply with configured PowerShell execution policies.
Huntress Managed SIEM
At XChange March 2025, Huntress showcased its managed SIEM offering that aims to be a less-complicated and more-affordable alternative focused on the unique needs of MSPs and their SMB customers. Key differentiators for the Huntress managed SIEM offering include using highly efficient data collection and retention techniques to keep costs predictable and minimal, which is crucial for service providers. The approach stands out by allowing Huntress to eliminate significant quantities of data that aren’t relevant to security, enabling the lower cost for MSPs and their customers, according to the company.
Mailprotector
Mailprotector is designed to help MSPs enhance their cybersecurity offerings and protect end customers from email-based threats. With an increasing number of cyberattacks targeting organizations through phishing, malware, and spam, Mailprotector’s services stand as a reliable defense against these evolving threats.
Mailprotector’s core services include email encryption, spam filtering, malware detection and data loss prevention. These tools are used to secure sensitive business communications and prevent data breaches that could compromise customer and organizational data. The platform also simplifies management by providing a dashboard and seamless integration with existing infrastructures.
