McCray, Mann Holding Quarterfinal Leads: Channel Madness
Some of our previous champions seem to have solid game plans for Round 3 of CRN’s 2024 Channel Madness Tournament.
The quarterfinals of the CRN Channel Madness Tournament of Chiefs are in full swing. Here’s a look at how the Enterprise 8 are faring.
In the Innovation region, former Channel Madness Champion Ken McCray of Fortinet has a lead with 56 percent of the vote over Cato Networks’ Frank Rauch, who has 44 percent of the vote.
Defending champion Scott Mann of Scale Computing is ahead in the Acceleration region with 57 percent of the vote in his matchup with tournament rookie Michelle Ragusa-McBain of SonicWall, who has 43 percent.
In the battle for the Evolution region crown, HP Inc.’s Scott Lannum is out in front with 58 percent of the vote against Palo Alto Networks’ Tom Evans, with 42 percent.
And in the Transformation region, Rob Cato of Lenovo is out strong with 72 percent of the vote in his matchup against Phil Soper of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, who has 28 percent.
Voting in Round 3 is open until noon ET on Thursday, March 28, and the winners will move ahead into the semifinals as the Field of Four.
