20 Tech Companies Hiring In The IT Channel: April 2025

SHI, Marlabs, Brite, AMD, Okta and Snowflake are among the tech companies hiring in March.

This month, SHI, Marlabs and Brite are among the solution providers to list open positions while AMD, Okta and Snowflake are among the vendors to list open positions for channel-related roles.

CRN has looked at open listings on LinkedIn that would bring talent into the channel—either by working with a partner or by working at a vendor to support partners.

Open Jobs In The IT Channel

Open roles include:

  • A warehouse associate who can make $17 an hour SHI
  • A marketing vice president with Marlabs
  • A customer success representative who can make at least $65,000 with Brite
  • A Dell Client sell-out executive with AMD
  • A partner development manager who can make at least $200,000 with Okta
  • A partner sales manager who can make at least $173,700 a year with Snowflake

The U.S. saw stronger job growth than expected in March, with nonfarm payrolls up 228,000 for the month, up from 117,000 in February and better than the Dow Jones estimate for 140,000, according to CNBC. Unemployment moved up to 4.2 percent from 4.1 percent.

Here are some of the latest job openings in the channel.

Ivanti

Ivanti seeks a federal sector partner sales manager who can “drive impactful channel strategies” among its open job listings on LinkedIn this month.

The South Jordan, Utah-based security vendor wants this manager to “spearhead strategic revenue growth within the Federal sector by engaging key partners and enhancing our robust ecosystem,” according to the listing.

Candidates should have a “bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, or related field” plus “5+ years of experience working with 2-tier distribution partners in a sales role.”

The vendor also wants a distribution partner manager who “oversees the strategic management and development of relationships with distribution partners to optimize supply chain operations, increase sales, and ensure effective delivery of products or services,” according to a separate listing.

This manager will serve as the “primary point of contact for Carahsoft” and “build and nurture strategic relationships with distribution partners to ensure mutual success,” according to the LinkedIn listing.

Candidates should have “minimum 5-7 years of experience in partner management, distribution, supply chain, or B2B sales roles” and a “bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.”

Ivanti has about 2,000 channel partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.

AMD

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) has a handful of opportunities open this month for channel jobseekers, according to LinkedIn listings.

The Santa Clara, Calif.-based chipmaker seeks the following among its available jobs:

  • Corporate vice president (CVP) of technical business development who can “forge strong alliances with GSIs, ensuring seamless integration of AMD's technology into their enterprise solutions”
  • Dell Client sell-out executive who can “drive channel programs and sales with partners”
  • Data center sell-in sales account manager (SAM) who can “not only lead all aspects of tactical execution, but also help build partnerships with end customer and ecosystem partners not limited to OEM and ODMs”

Broadcom

Aspiring partner routes-to-market (RTM) global enablement leads who want to make at least $94,000 a year might consider this opening at Broadcom this month.

The Palo Alto, Calif.-based chipmaker wants this lead “to drive Partner sales & technical roles as well as the Partner ability to drive VCF growth and ensure customer satisfaction,” according to the LinkedIn listing.

Candidates should have a “Bachelors Degree and 8+ years OR Masters Degree and 6+ years work experience preferably in a matrixed sales and partner organization.”

Broadcom’s 2025 channel goals include focusing on a small number of elite partners, improving partner technical skills and increasing the amount of professional services going through partners, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.

Sumo Logic

Job seekers interested in becoming a senior partner sales manager who can make at least $123,000 a year can look at this open role available this month at Sumo Logic.

The Redwood City, Calif.-based applications security vendor wants this manager to “work with direct sales teams reps on various Channel oriented opportunities” and “own the partner development opportunities with two strategic Sumo Logic Partners – Optiv and Trace3,” according to the LinkedIn listing.

Candidates should have “minimum 10+ years’ in software Enterprise Sales & Partner development combined” and “direct experience creating and executing Partner business plans with both Global and regional sized Partners with an emphasis on security service providers.”

Sumo Logic has about 400 channel partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.

SuperOps

SuperOps has an opening this month for a segment marketer who will be “identifying and defining customer segments to drive targeted marketing strategies and enhance campaign performance,” according to a LinkedIn listing.

The Claymont, Del.-based professional services automation (PSA) and remote monitoring and management (RMM) vendor wants this marketer to “design and implement segment-specific marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, paid ads, webinars, and social media, to effectively reach and engage SuperOps’ target audience,” according to the listing.

Candidates must have a “bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field” and “5+ years of experience in customer segmentation, analytics, or a similar role, preferably within B2B or SaaS industries.”

Snowflake

Snowflake has an opening this month for a partner sales manager who can make at least $173,700 a year.

The Bozeman, Mont.-based artificial intelligence and cloud products vendor wants this manager to be “driving sales alignment and GTM with system integrator (SI) partners,” according to a LinkedIn listing.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and “12+ years of channel sales experience, sales, marketing, business development in technology & team leadership experience with accountability for revenue targets,” according to the listing.

The vendor also has availability for a senior partner marketing manager who can make at least $147,000 a year, according to a separate LinkedIn listing. The manager will “develop and execute marketing plans with strategic services partners that align with Snowflake’s business objectives to drive new leads and increase customer consumption.”

Candidates should have at least “5 - 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance management, business development, or consulting, with a focus on services partnerships,” according to the listing.

Snowflake’s 2025 channel goals include increasing the overall percentage of company revenue that comes through the channel and enabling partners to develop an AI strategy and sell AI solutions, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.

MaintainX

MaintainX has an available position as a partnerships channel manager, according to a LinkedIn listing this month.

The San Francisco-based asset and work intelligence platform provider to be “building and nurturing relationships with new and existing channel partners, ensuring their success, and aligning with business goals,” according to the listing.

Candidates should have “3-6 years of partnerships and/or account management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, with at least a year working with large accounts in a quota-carrying role” and a “demonstrated ability to develop and grow large partner relationships (>$100k ARR).”

Splunk

A global channel incentives manager who can make at least $105,600 a year is one of the open channel-focused positions available this month at Cisco subsidiary Splunk.

The San Francisco-based security vendor wants this manager to “assist with the incentive budget planning, new incentive design and implementation, and compliance for Spunk Channel Incentives,” according to the LinkedIn listing.

Candidates should have “8+ years of experience in partner programs, incentives management, or channel sales, preferably within the technology industry.”

A separate job post calls for a state and local education (SLED) partner alliance manager who can make at least $232,000 a year, according to a separate listing.

This manager will “build and maintain relationships with System Integrators in public Sector” and “understand the business model and sales cycle; establish relationships with the business development, technical, and program teams within your assigned partners.”

Candidates should have “10+ years direct, channel, or integrator experience within SLED” and “5+ years of experience & demonstrated success working with major public sector integrators in a sales & business development capacity on program capture and delivering revenue on IT infrastructure programs,” according to the listing.

About 90 percent of Splunk’s revenue is from channel and alliance partners, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.

Monday.com

Monday.com has an opening for a North America channel director who can make at least $250,000 a year, according to a LinkedIn listing.

The Israel-based applications and project management software vendor wants this director to “manage a team of 8+ Channel Partner Managers” and “support and grow our ecosystem of 40+ channel partners that include boutique monday partners, SIs and GSIs,” according to the listing.

Candidates should have “7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the SaaS or technology industry.”

Okta

Aspiring partner development managers who can make at least $200,000 a year might look at this opening with Okta.

The San Francisco-based identity and access management (IAM) vendor wants this manager to work with the vendor’s 1,000-plus partners worldwide and be “identifying, recruiting, and nurturing the next generation of Okta’s SI Partners to drive growth in the AMER Region,” according to the LinkedIn listing.

Candidates should have a “minimum of 5+ years of experience in a revenue generating, Partner focused role” and a “minimum of 3+ years experience owning and developing relationships with Systems Integrators in the AMER region including established relationships with Slalom, IDMWorks, RSM, Cyderes and Unisys,” according to the listing.
