Evergreen Services Group Acquires Florida’s i-Tech Support
‘It was clear that they built a really strong team and a group that was tight knit,’ says Katie Maley, M&A lead for Pine Services Group, an Evergreen partner. ‘They’re experts in their field.’
Evergreen Services Group has acquired Florida IT services company i-Tech Support to deepen Evergreen’s portfolio in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) space.
“It was clear that they built a really strong team and a group that was tight knit,” Katie Maley, M&A lead for Pine Services Group, told CRN. “They’re experts in their field.”
Pine Services Group is one of the many IT services groups under the Evergreen umbrella. San Francisco-based Evergreen is a holding company with IT service companies in North America, U.K, Australia and New Zealand.
Ocoee, Fla.-based i-Tech will continue to operate independently within Evergreen's ERP partner portfolio, Pine Services Group.
“The business itself combines two of our key industries…managed service providers and then they also have an ERP partner Acumatica practice, which is another one of our verticals as well,” Maley said. “It was a perfect fit, covering two of our primary industries paired with a really strong team and a lot of cultural alignment was a natural fit.”

More than 50 employees are coming over in the acquisition.
"When considering the partnership with Evergreen, it became evident that their commitment to creating a permanent and supportive home for our business aligns seamlessly with our values at i-Tech,” Daniel Stockman, founder of i-Tech Support, told CRN in an email. "The genuine care they exhibit towards their employees and clients mirrors our dedication to fostering lasting relationships. We are excited about the collaborative opportunities ahead, where our shared core values will undoubtedly enhance our collective success and impact."
