SuperOps CEO: New $25M Funding Round Aimed At AI, Global Market Growth
‘AI-driven solutions are scalable, and we’re building them with a global audience in mind. As we expand, we’ll continue to innovate, ensuring our products meet the needs of each market,’ says Arvind Parthiban, co-founder and CEO of SuperOps.
SuperOps, the AI-driven IT platform, has secured $25 million in Series C funding to expand AI R&D, scale its solutions for mid-market and enterprise MSPs and further extend its global footprint.
“AI-driven solutions are scalable, and we’re building them with a global audience in mind,” Arvind Parthiban, co-founder and CEO of SuperOps, told CRN. “As we expand, we’ll continue to innovate, ensuring our products meet the needs of each market.”
The round was led by March Capital, with participation from existing investors Addition and Z47, bringing the company’s total funding to $54.4 million.
Last year, the Clayton, Del.- based vendor saw 250 percent growth and is on track to see more than 100 percent growth in 2025, according to Parthiban.
“We’re moving beyond SMBs into mid-market and even larger enterprises, and I’m excited to see how we can continue to build the right products to meet those needs,” Parthiban told CRN. “Our goal is to grow by 300 percent next year, and I truly believe we have the right product and the right team to get there.”
The company is set to extend its AI-powered solutions beyond MSPs to internal IT teams with the launch of its endpoint management tool. Designed to boost IT team productivity, the tool aims to streamline operations and reduce resource needs which addresses the growing challenges faced by IT teams globally.
The company’s AI solutions, including its AI guide “Monica,” have led to up to a 30 percent improvement in operational efficiency.
“Monica, our AI companion, is designed to save time for MSPs by automating routine tasks,” Parthiban said. “It’s not just a chatbot, it’s integrated throughout the platform. For example, it can summarize emails, provide daily ticket insights and even give you profitability reports. In the future, we envision Monica as a predictive tool, helping MSPs anticipate and prevent issues before they arise.”
CRN spoke to Parthiban further about the funding, the company’s innovation around AI and what’s to come later this year.
What does this round of funding mean for SuperOps in terms of your strategic goals and expansion plans?
The primary focus for us with this new funding is to double down on AI. We’re looking to enhance our platform's capabilities and revolutionize the MSP landscape. Our second major goal is expanding into global markets. Right now, 70 percent of our customer base is in the U.S., but we want to expand our footprint into regions like the UK, Europe, Australia and others. Third, we’re launching a new product in the IT space—our IT endpoint management software. This marks a big shift for us and is part of a broader strategy to diversify our offerings.
What do you think has driven the rapid success of SuperOps?
I’d say our success comes down to a few things. First, we cater to SMBs and the mid-market with an all-in-one platform that offers a modern solution for MSPs. Second, customer support is a huge differentiator for us. We treat every customer like a business-class passenger, ensuring top-notch support regardless of deal size. Lastly, the features we’ve rolled out, like network monitoring and AI-driven tools, have set us apart. The combination of these factors has contributed to our rapid growth.
Tell me more about how AI is shaping SuperOps, particularly with the launch of Monica?
Monica, our AI companion, is designed to save time for MSPs by automating routine tasks. It’s not just a chatbot, it’s integrated throughout the platform. For example, it can summarize emails, provide daily ticket insights and even give you profitability reports. In the future, we envision Monica as a predictive tool, helping MSPs anticipate and prevent issues before they arise. We're already seeing about a 30 percent improvement in operational efficiency for MSPs using Monica, and we're adding more functionalities over time.
How do you plan to balance global expansion with the ongoing development of your products, especially as you bring AI-powered solutions to new markets?
Expansion and product development go hand in hand. We're focusing on the U.S. market, but next year we plan to open a base in Europe. We understand that non-English-speaking markets like Europe will require localized support, so we’re preparing for that. AI-driven solutions are scalable, and we’re building them with a global audience in mind. As we expand, we’ll continue to innovate, ensuring our products meet the needs of each market.
Can you share how you envision Monica evolving in the next few years?
Monica will evolve into a more predictive tool, giving MSPs even deeper insights into their business. Right now, it helps with automation and summarization, but in the future, it could predict things like system failures or network outages before they happen. The goal is to make Monica an indispensable assistant that not only saves time but also helps MSPs make smarter, data-driven decisions.
You also recently launched an IT endpoint management tool. How does this differ from existing solutions in the market?
Our IT endpoint management tool is a response to a natural demand we saw from our existing customers. Many IT professionals were already using our MSP tools for remote monitoring, so we designed a version specifically for IT teams. We're also planning to expand it with features like Mac device management capabilities (MDM), which will cater to more diverse environments. The key difference is that we’re taking a comprehensive, all-in-one approach for IT teams, much like we did for MSPs.
With AI and automation transforming industries, how does SuperOps ensure that its products stay ahead of the curve?
We stay ahead by continuously collaborating with our customers. Every new feature we build is co-created with MSPs who help validate our ideas. We have a strong feedback loop that drives our product roadmap, ensuring that we’re always addressing real pain points. Our approach is rooted in first principles, which means we prioritize solving customer problems with technology like AI, rather than just following trends.
AI is going to fundamentally change the way IT operations are managed. The future will be less about reacting to problems and more about preventing them. For MSPs, the business model will shift from traditional break-fix services to outcome-based pricing, where tools are priced based on the value they provide whether that’s saving time, increasing revenue or preventing issues before they arise. I see a huge shift in how services will be delivered and billed, thanks to AI.
Do you have a message for your partners as you move forward with this funding and expansion?
My message is simple: the MSP market deserves better products, and together, we can help them provide superior services to their clients. The world is changing quickly, and we’re here to equip our partners with the tools they need to succeed—whether that’s increasing revenue, saving time or improving efficiency. The revolution is happening fast and we’re excited to be at the forefront of it.
