Insight Buys ServiceNow All-Star Partner Infocenter; Bill McDermott Weighs In
Channel titan Insight Enterprises acquires one of North America’s top ServiceNow partners. Here’s Insight’s merger plans for Infocenter.
IT powerhouse Insight Enterprises has acquired one of ServiceNow’s top partners in Infocenter with the goal of boosting its ServiceNow consulting and managed services business to Insight’s automation portfolio.
“Workflow automation has become a necessity,” said Joyce Mullen, Insight’s CEO and president in a statement today. “Our clients expect unified cross-enterprise experiences, and with Infocenter’s deep ServiceNow expertise, we will be better positioned than ever to deliver industry-leading intelligent workflow automation solutions fueled by AI to create unified experiences and deliver valuable insights.”
Infocenter is a leading pure-play ServiceNow elite partner. The Charlotte, N.C.-based solution provider was ServiceNow’s 2024 ServiceNow Americas Consulting and Implementation Partner of the Year winner.

Infocenter is known for its industry expertise within healthcare and life sciences, financial services, manufacturing and IT services, as well as extensive certifications across the ServiceNow Platform.
Insight’s acquisition of Infocenter comes just several months after the company paid $410 million to acquire Google Cloud partner superstar Sada.
The financial terms of the Infocenter acquisition were not disclosed. Insight Enterprises made CRN’s 2024 Elite 150 list.
ServiceNow CEO Weighs In On ‘Significant’ Merger
The acquisition was so important that ServiceNow’s chairman and CEO Bill McDermott (pictured above) weighed in on the Insight and Infocenter merger.

Insight’s Merger Plans For Infocenter
Infocenter’s approach and solutions around modernizing customers business processes on the ServiceNow Platform will be integrated within Insight’s Solutions Integrator framework.
Infocenter’s CEO Michael Vadini said his company will augment how Insight architects, delivers and manages enterprise-wide transformation for customers.
“Insight focuses on providing efficient access to technology and making modernization simple. This aligns perfectly with our mission to help companies plan, build and manage ServiceNow―bringing organizations of every size, in every industry, smarter, faster and better ways to work,” Vadini said.
Arizona-based Insight’s goal is to leverage Infocenter’s deep ServiceNow capability to accelerate business value and better enablement Insight’s client base by complementing the company's multicloud capabilities around Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS and private cloud infrastructure.
Insight said it aims to provide a big opportunity for Insight to help clients leverage generative AI and other ServiceNow platform enhancements provided by the cloud computing leaders.
