Tribridge Acquires Microsoft Reseller

Tampa, Fla.-based, Tribridge, which has offices across the South, said the acquisition adds software sales capabilities to its operations, enabling it to provide customers with services covering strategy through implementation.

As part of the deal, Marc Blumenthal, chief executive of Tampa-based CXO, will become director of Tribridge's software division.

The acquisition is Tribridge's fourth in two years, including two others in Florida and one in Texas. Financial details of the latest acquisition were not disclosed.
