Just Tech Says New App Eases Virtual Fax Pain
Maryland-based solution provider Just Tech has unveiled what it bills as a game-changer: an app that allows customers who use a virtual fax service to scan in hard copy documents on their Xerox multifunction printer and transmit these documents using the CloudFax Connector App.
“We knew we were onto something when during our focus groups, clients who use virtual fax services were asking for this app before the development was finished,” said Josh Justice, president of Just Tech. “The CloudFax Connector App increases productivity by decreasing the amount of time it takes to fax hard copy documents with virtual fax services. Many organizations are moving to virtual fax services because of the significant monthly cost savings, as compared to having an analog fax line and the cost savings of not having long distance costs as they have with the analog fax line.
When a customer uses a virtual fax service, they have to scan in documents and then attach them to an email or upload them to a web portal to send the documents via fax. Justice said a complaint commonly received from clients is how long to takes to fax hard copy documents with virtual fax services due to the multiple steps involved. The CloudFax Connector App solves this problem, and makes sending hard copy documents through a virtual fax service as easy as it is with a traditional fax.
Just Tech is the first Xerox certified Personalized Application Builder Authorized Developer in the United States. With App Solutions, it creates custom apps for Xerox multifunction copiers that aim to increase efficiency and improve workflows. Just Tech said it has created more than 40,000 apps for Xerox devices across the globe.

In July, Just Tech, an Accredited Master Elite Xerox Partner, licensed its Support Connect App for Xerox multifunction printers for sale by a German company. Support Connect App enhances managed print services by allowing users to request service and supplies and provide feedback right from the device via a user interface, ensuring a simple and quick process.
