Channel Beat: Microsoft Reorganization Is Boon For Partners
Microsoft will consolidate several partner and services team and create a new cloud-focused unit in a new "One Commercial Partner" business.

Samsung is expanding its Samsung Alliance Program, which focuses on vertical mobility solutions.
Samsung wants to formally bring aboard systems integrators in order to gain more enterprise business.
The mobility giant is also adding large technology vendors to its Alliance Program and enhancing benefits for ISVs, including quick access to Samsung teams, early access to Samsung products, and off-loading of some services.
The exodus from Dimension Data continues as two top executives reportedly left the systems integrator this week.
Sources told CRN that North American President Waheen Choudry and Senior Vice President of Human Resources Denis Messineo are no longer with the company.
Americas CEO Mark Slaga and CFO Eric Gibson both left Dimension Data in December. Global CEO Brett Dawson unexpectedly resigned last June.
The departures may be part of an effort to integrate Dimension Data into NTT, which acquired the company seven years ago.
