WATCH: Cisco CEO Chuck Robbins On How To Win As A Leader
Chuck Robbins took over as Cisco’s CEO about four years ago. At the time, former CEO John Chambers referred to Robbins as an “execution machine,” describing him as a fast learner who can turn a vision into results.
So far, that’s exactly what we’ve seen.

Cisco capped off its 2018 fiscal year with its highest-ever annual revenues of $49.3 billion. Ask Robbins his secret and he credits a culture of authenticity and openness.
“Be the same person you were 20 years ago and be the authentic human because everybody else just wants to know who you are,” said Robbins. “I’ve told our teams that if it doesn’t put the company at risk or me in prison, they can ask me any question and I’ll answer it.”
