20 Tech Companies Hiring In The IT Channel: March 2024
CACI, VectorUSA, Carahsoft, F5, KnowBe4 and Intermedia are among the companies to list open positions for channel-related roles.
This month, CACI, VectorUSA and Carahsoft are among the solution providers to list open positions while F5, KnowBe4 and Intermedia are among the vendors to list open positions for channel-related roles.
CRN has looked at open listings on LinkedIn that would bring talent into the channel — either by working with a partner or by working with a vendor to support partners.

Open Jobs In The IT Channel
Open roles include:
- A user interface (UI) designer and developer making at least $57,500 a year at CACI
- A tool and equipment attendant making at least $20 an hour at VectorUSA
- A government account representative at Carahsoft
- A digital channel account manager who can make at least $54,341 a year at F5
- A Spanish-speaking channel sales development representative at KnowBe4
- A channel account manager at Intermedia
All the hiring comes despite multiple tech companies cutting their employee rosters amid growing inflation tightening IT budgets after high demand for technology during the height of the pandemic.
Here are some of the latest job openings in the channel.
Axonius
Axonius has an opening for a channel sales representative in the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas (TOLA) region.
The New York-based security vendor will task this hire with working “at an account level with our partners to incent them to leverage their customer base and relationships” and providing “cradle to grave coverage of all marketing events for channel,” among other activities.
The hire will also perform “pre-event account mapping to decide who to invite” and attend “the event to start building on site relationships with channel as well as end users and will own follow up for these events to get the meetings scheduled.”
Axonius has about 380 channel partners worldwide and 188 in North America, according to CRN’s 2024 Channel Chiefs.
F5
An open director of North America field and channel marketing position making at least $178,914 a year is listed on LinkedIn this month at F5.
The Seattle-based security vendor wants this hire to lead “the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to support F5’s sales teams and channel partners across North America.”
Candidates should have a “BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field” and “10-15 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with a focus on field and channel marketing,” according to the listing.
F5 also seeks a digital channel account manager who can make at least $54,341 a year, according to a LinkedIn listing. The hire will support “all Channel Sales aspects of the company's business with our distribution partners” and “align partner Account Managers with F5 Sales and regional channel teams.”
Candidates should have “2+ years of tech sales experience preferably with distribution and/or channel partners in the computer networking & security space,” according to the listing.
F5 has about 2,000 channel partners worldwide and 400 in North America, according to CRN’s 2024 Channel Chiefs.
One Identity
One Identity has an opening this month for a channel account manager, according to a LinkedIn listing.
The Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based identity security vendor will task the manager with “selling One Identity’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to partners in the US” and supporting “channel activities with partners, prospects and customers throughout the region to drive bookings growth.”
Candidates should have an “undergraduate degree and 8 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6 years relevant experience” plus “6+ years of direct Channel selling experience,” according to the listing.
One Identity has about 1,000 channel partners worldwide and 275 in North America, according to CRN’s 2024 Channel Chiefs.
Intermedia
On LinkedIn this month, Intermedia lists a channel account manager among its open positions.
The Sunnyvale, Calif.-based cloud communications vendor wants this manager to “pursue revenue objectives generated from selling services through channel partners to their user base of small/medium size businesses” and “represent Intermedia during all phases from pre-sales activity to post-sales account management.”
Candidates should have “2-3 plus years of experience in Channel Sales, outside sales and/or account management,” according to the listing.

Rubrik
Rubrik has an opening for a channel development manager, according to a LinkedIn post.
The Palo Alto, Calif.-based data security vendor wants this CDM to “build & manage relationships between Rubrik and key regional and national channel partners across the Mid-Atlantic region,” according to the listing.
The hire will be “managing existing and the growth of Distribution and regional Channel partners that will allow better market and vertical sales/support coverage.”
Candidates should have experience working “with vendors like Pure Storage, NUTANIX and others together and understands their value proposition and how to build up a joint solution with Rubrik,” according to the listing.
Rubrik has about 2,500 channel partners worldwide and 785 in North America, according to CRN’s 2024 Channel Chiefs.
Vast Data
Those interested in an Americas channel sales director position might consider an opening at Vast Data listed on LinkedIn this month.
The New York-based data management platform vendor will task this hire with “shaping and executing the Channel go-to-market (GTM) strategy for VAST Data across the U.S. and Canada, and LATAM in the future,” according to the listing.
The director “will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and driving strong partnerships with solutions providers, integrators, value-added resellers, OEMs, and key Alliance partners, ensuring VAST’s ability to sell in region and accelerate growth.”
Vast has about 130 channel partners worldwide and 75 in North America, according to CRN’s 2024 Channel Chiefs.
KnowBe4
KnowBe4 has multiple channel positions open this month, according to LinkedIn.
The Clearwater, Fla.-based security vendor seeks the following among its open roles:
- Spanish-speaking channel sales development representative – the hire will “facilitate the onboarding of new partners from initial discovery to agreement signing, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience”
- Channel sales director – the hire will “drive the day-to-day activities of Channel Sales reps through daily team standups, close analysis of sales statistics and pipeline reviews”
- Channel development specialist – the hire will “engage partner sales reps daily to drive an increase in deal registrations”
KnowBe4 is a member of CRN’s 2024 Channel Chiefs.
Commvault
Commvault has an opening for an MSP account executive, according to a LinkedIn listing this month.
The Tinton Falls, N.J.-based data security vendor wants this AE to “collaborate with Commvault's Partner Ecosystem like Alliances, Partners (inclined on SP business) to grow and accelerate the business” and “recruit, qualify, and close new Managed Services Providers (MSP) agreements in a defined set of named accounts resulting in new and recurring revenue for Commvault.”
Candidates should have “bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience” and “7-10 years software sales experiences to named accounts, SIs, ISVs, MSPs or large enterprise accounts,” according to the listing.

Meta
Facebook’s parent company has an open channel partner manager position this month on LinkedIn.
Menlo Park, Calif.-based Meta – which owns Instagram, WhatsApp, Oculus and other companies – wants this manager to “Negotiate, enable and on-board key distributors, consulting organizations , resellers and new channels to bring the best Reality Labs Work products experience to our customers,” according to the listing.
The manager will have “complete ownership of Reality Labs B2B strategy for the region and sales delivery via partner-led go-to-market activities and channel-sales plays, e.g. account-based marketing, events, campaigns.”
Candidates should have “6+ years of relevant work experience in business development or partnerships at a SaaS company, or major technology hardware vendor in the B2B segment” with “experience working with North America resellers and distributors specializing in sales to Public Sector agencies,” according to the listing.
Menlo Security
Menlo Security has an opportunity available for a regional channel account manager, according to a LinkedIn post.
The Mountain View, Calif.-based browser security vendor wants the manager to work “closely with all partners, cross-functional stakeholders, and Sales leadership to shape and drive Menlo’s capabilities in regions to deliver and exceed targets” and to “recruit, engage, and enable partners to identify and drive new partner-led business opportunities in the Federal Space.”

Carahsoft
Carahsoft has an opening for a government account representative, according to a LinkedIn listing.
The Reston, Va.-based company – No. 17 on CRN’s 2023 Solution Provider 500 – wants this rep to help with “identifying, qualifying and closing federal, state and local government opportunities,” according to the listing.
The rep “will be responsible for relationship development, proposal writing, and new business development.”
Carahsoft also seeks a marketing coordinator who can “produce marketing plans in conjunction with management team” and “coordinate and conduct informational webcasts, utilizing organizational skills to work with speakers, distribute content and liaise with sales teams for post event lead follow-up,” among other responsibilities, according to the listing.
Candidates for both positions should have a bachelor’s degree, according to the listings.
CACI
CACI has dozens of available positions this month on LinkedIn.

A separate listing for a program director asks for someone “responsible for managing large technology implementation projects that contain multiple sub-projects within an overall program.”
“This individual will also be responsible for working closely with the Apps Associates’ PMO on internal initiatives to grow the Practice,” according to the listing.
Candidates should have “10+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar level role” among their qualifications.
Sycomp
Sycomp has several listings on LinkedIn this month, including an opening for an Oracle architect.
The Foster City, Calif.-based company – a member of CRN’s 2024 MSP 500 – seeks an architect who can “acquire understanding of business objectives as well as current state systems and processes to recommend and develop quality solutions to improve system and team efficiency,” according to the job listing.
Candidates should have a “bachelor’s degree in IT or other relevant degree” and “7 + years’ experience working with R12 Oracle EBS ERP system and related technologies, understanding the interaction of all modules.”
A separate listing for an infrastructure project manager says the hire “will be responsible for defining, implementing, executing and improving the delivery of large scale infrastructure projects coordinated with our Engineering teams” and “manage the program process in regards to governance, risk management, progress tracking and reporting.”
Candidates should have “10+ years of work experience, including 7+ years managing projects,” and a “BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.”
And Sycomp has an opening this month for a global tax manager, according to a LinkedIn listing. The manager will be tasked with “building out a top performing tax department and balancing in-house tax expertise and capabilities with outside tax advisor support.”
