Hosting.com Boosts Cloud Footprint, Security With NeoSpire Acquisition
The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Denver-based Hosting.com said the acquisition expands its portfolio of services.

"We're excited to bring their current customers into our portfolio and leverage NeoSpire's extensive security operations and expertise."
Founded in 1999, NeoSpire offers a host of security services and best practices to protect customers and via its security operations center in Dallas offers compliance and certification assistance to ensure customers adhere to government regulations.
The marriage of Hosting.com and NeoSpire gives NeoSpire customers access to Hosting.com's availability and recovery services, and its full suite of enterprise-class hosting offerings, including the recently released Cloud Replication offering that uses VMware vCenter Site Recovery manager 5 to deliver off-site data protection and disaster recovery.
Hosting.com now boasts more than 131,000 square feet of available co-location space in six different cities: Dallas, Denver, Irvine Calif., Louisville, Newark, Del. and San Francisco.
