Apple's iCloud Experiences Brief Outage For Some Users
Other Apple services including the App Store and Apple Music were also reportedly affected.
Apple's iCloud storage service experienced an outage for some users on Wednesday, while other Apple services were reportedly affected for some users as well.
The icloud.com website briefly showed the message "Service Unavailable - DNS failure" for several CRN staffers shortly after 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday.

Macrumors.com also reported at that time that iCloud and other Apple services—including the App Store and Apple Music—were "currently experiencing downtime or slow performance."
Downdetector.com, which tracks online outages, showed 583 users reporting iCloud problems at the apparent peak of the outage.
The iCloud website was again available as of this writing, and other Apple services appear to have been restored as well, according to an update to the Macrumors.com report.
Apple's system status page does not appear to have been updated to indicate issues with any services. CRN has reached out to Apple for comment.
