Telecom Channel M&A: Line Systems Buys Magellan Hill

Financial terms of the deal weren't provided. Line, based in West Chester, Pa., will acquire all of Magellan Hill's customers, which includes businesses primarily located in southern New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania.

Kevin McGeary, Line's chief operating officer, described the acquisition as "complementary."

"Both companies are focused on providing world-class communications services to small and mid-sized businesses," McGeary said in a statement. "We are very pleased to add Magellan Hill Technologies' customers and seasoned team of sales professionals to Line Systems."
