SP500: Force 3 Names New CEO

Les Trachtman, who's been the Crofton, Md.-based solution provider's chief operating officer since 2008, succeeds current CEO and founder Rocky Cintron, who is now board chairman. Force 3 will formally announce the succession Tuesday.

"As COO, Les has implemented game-changing processes," Cintron said in a statement emailed to CRN. "He has been a driving force behind our leadership programs and the catalyst to change the mix of our business. Perhaps most importantly, he has assembled the best leadership team in our industry."
