Perot Systems' Exec Joins EMC to Lead Professional Services

James joins EMC from Perot Systems, where he most recently served as vice president of global infrastructure services. He spent 14 years at Perot, the IT services giant based in Dallas.

At EMC, James will report to Joseph Walton, senior vice president of global services.

The services arm of EMC, based here, provides consulting, professional services and customer services to clients and partners. The vendor's Authorized Services Partner Network is also housed in this division.
