Eggs
Onions
Ginger
Indian Curry Powder
Salt
Shredded Cheese (Optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Brake eggs into large vessel.
Add diced onions and minced ginger.
Then add curry powder to give it that extra kick of flavor.
A pinch of salt, and then whip it together with a hand mixer until eggs are fluffy.
Butter pan, liberally, as a base and bring to a simmer.
Add eggs, lower heat, and when golden yellow, flip omelet after 30 seconds and cook for another 30-to-45 seconds, and it’s ready!
Peanut butter sandwiches and orange juice complete the Sunday brunch!
