TPx Guarantees Installation Due Dates To Sale Partners
Managed services carrier TPx Communications, formerly TelePacific Communications, is revealing an install guarantee program for its channel partners, promising a $500 payout to partners for missed customer install dates.
The program, according to Los Angeles-based TPx, will guarantee that the provider will meet or exceed customer-negotiated installation due dates on all sales through Aug. 31, 2018. TPx also said it will share customer performance ratings with its sales partners in a monthly report card.
Accedian Reveals App and Network Visibility Service For MSPs
Accedian Networks, a network performance provider, has unveiled its latest application and network performance monitoring (A/NPM) visibility-as-a-service offering, which the Canada-based company said has been designed specifically for MSPs.
The new A/NPM service will let MSPs give their business customers real-time network visibility over their applications and digital assets supporting those applications. The offering will be the first component of the company's SkyLIGHT 4X partner program, which Accedian says will launch this summer.
Reinvent Telecom Partners To Bolster Network Management, Expands Collaboration Offering
Reinvent Telecom, a provider of private-label UCaaS and contact center solutions, is partnering with Edgewater Networks to help partners manage their customers' networks from the core to the edge.
Edgewater Networks builds managed services platforms to deliver IP-based voice, video, and data services for service providers. Reinvent's private-label reseller partners will now have access to Edgewater's Network Edge Orchestration solution, which they can offer to their customers as a cloud-based offering, according to the two companies.
Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Reinvent is also expanding its private-label cloud collaboration portfolio to include support for interactive and broadcast webinars. The new service, Accession Meeting Webinar, will be able to support up to 100 speakers and 10,000 attendees. The solution will soon be available to all Reinvent reseller partners, according to the company.
Mosaic NetworX, WTG Partner
Networking and telecommunications service provider Mosaic NetworX announced it is joining forces with Malibu, Calif.-based master agent World Telecom Group (WTG) to bring SD-WAN solutions to more channel partners.
The new partnership will give WTG partners access to Mosaic's fully-managed SD-WAN as a Service. The service will include a cost-effective SD-WAN offering, complete with carrier-neutral transport, on a single contract and invoice for partners, according to the Larkspur, Calif.-based company, which does 100 percent of its business through the channel.
Netsurion Brings Together Disparate Partner Programs
Managed network security provider Netsurion LLC. announced it's combining its two separate partner programs.
The company has doubled its partner revenue during Q1 2018, and hopes to continue the momentum by bringing together its original Netsurion program and the nine-month old EventTracker program. Uniting the two partner programs will let channel partners offer customers connectivity, security, and compliance through a combined SD-WAN and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions approach, according to the Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based company.
