High-performance computing, or HPC, is driving innovation across the globe, and Dell Technologies and AMD are powering the technology behind many of these advancements. From deciphering discoveries made in the far corners of our universe, to preventing wildfires and even studying how the human brain works, if Dell and AMD can power the HPC solutions driving those accomplishments, imagine what their solutions can do for your clients. “Demand for HPC solutions continues to grow. It is revolutionizing innovation across industries,” says David Melendrez, AMD EPYC™ account manager for Dell Technologies at AMD. “As a partner, if you have customers that want to accelerate productivity, they want to get to market faster. If they want to modernize their infrastructure and they’re looking for an energy efficient solution, AMD and Dell have the solution.”

As artificial intelligence continues to rise in use and becomes smarter, it’s changing the amount and intensity of the compute businesses need to run complex workloads. “I feel like we’ve started to shift the term of HPC to high performance architecture, HPA,” says Allen Clingerman, field CTO of PowerEdge, North America channels, at Dell Technologies. “With all these changing technologies and high-performance architecture, not everybody has the expertise. So, I think that’s a big piece of this is filling in the gaps where the partners may not have all the expertise needed to pull together all the components of this high-performance architecture.”

Dell PowerEdge servers powered by the latest AMD 4th Gen EPYC™ processors make high-performance solutions accessible to partners who serve customers of all sizes with easy-to-deploy solutions that don’t require larger teams to manage or implement. “One of the things that we do just inherently in our platforms to make it easier for our partners and customers is just to optimize them, to make sure that we have maximum performance out of the box. So, factory configured, ready to go, that’s different from a lot of my competitors,” says Clingerman.
